A cold-hardy Asian green forming beautiful, dark green, spoon-shaped rosettes with a mild, slightly mustardy flavor and exceptional cold tolerance. Tat soi is outstanding as a baby leaf at 21 days or full rosette at 45 days, equally excellent raw in salads and quickly wilted in stir-fries. One of the hardiest and most ornamental greens for fall and winter production.
