Finch Knife Co. steps into the smoky haze of the Prohibition era with the Jackrabbit “Gin Joint.” Its dyed red bone handle recalls the dim glow of underground bars, while a steel rabbit head inlay marks its outlaw namesake. At 19.7cm (7.75 inches) overall with a 7.6cm (3 inch) blade, this knife blends classic lockback reliability with Syndicate styling.
