The Roselli Opening Knife is also available with a blunt tip to reduce the chance of puncturing the organs. It’s better for basic gutting, but not as handy for boning out the legs, etc.

Roselli’s handmade opening knife with its rounded tip is a reliable favorite hunting knife among hunters – used for fitting game in a safe and hygienic way. The advantage of Roselli’s opening knife in carbon steel is that you have a knife that keeps the sharpness longer than opening knives in ordinary stainless steel. 

The blade is made from carbon steel and the handle is curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.

Comes with a handcrafted sheath of light vegetable tanned Finnish leather.
