The Little Kitchen Snack comes with a special inverted detent lock, the blade locks into a device in the handle and can be operated in a similar way to a slipjoint. The knife has an elegant textured Titanium handle with a lanyard hole at the end of the handle. The backspacer is made of black G10 with stainless steel liners.
