A delightfully aromatic basil with a bright, fresh lemon-citrus scent layered over classic sweet basil character. Smaller, more compact than Genovese types, lemon basil is outstanding in salads, with fish and shellfish, in herb butters, and as a garnish for desserts. A unique and versatile culinary herb that adds unexpected brightness to savory and sweet preparations.
