In saltwater, wind and big flies are part of the game. The 9-weight is a supreme tool in the fight against these two challenges, and with our 909-4 in hand you’ll always come out on top. When a little more power is needed to chuck a 350-grain sinking line into a striper rip or make a long cast across a wind-whipped Islamorada flat, this rod will perform. Freshwater anglers will love this stick for mean species like big bass and king salmon.
